This joint position focuses on the computational and quantitative analysis of single-cell and long-read transcriptomic data to investigate gene regulation and RNA processing in neural development. The project combines neurogenomics with principled statistical modeling and functional genomics, with opportunities to contribute to both methodological innovation and biological discovery.
